STEP-:4 Ab hum yaha par Serial No wale column me serial number likh denge aur product wale column me product ka naam likh denge. Iske baad jo bhi product hai uski quantity wale column me likh denge jitni quantity hum customer ko de rahe hai. Rate wale column me product ka rate likh denge aur wahi amount wale column me hum paise jodne ke liye formula lagayenge. =c8×d8 yah formula likh kar enter kar denge to wah amount jud jayega aur yah formula hume amount ke sabhi cell me lagana hai jaha tak hum multiplication karna chahte hai.
STEP-:5 Yaha par hum product ki sub entry karne ke baad hume sub amount ko jodne ke liye product ke niche wali line me total amount likhna hai aur fir total karne ke liye sum formula (=e8+e9+e10) laga kar enter karna hai tab yah Amount jud jayega aur is tarah aap jitne bhi product ka calculation karna chahte hai wah sab ho jayega aur is tarah se aasani se total nikal sakte hai.
STEP-:6 Ab last me aap yaha par apne signature karna chahte hai to uske liye aap sell ko bhi create kar sakte hai aur jab aap sabhi product ki entry kar lenge to aapka bill Excel me ban jayega. Iske baad aap us bill ki print nikal kar us par signature karke bill ko apne customer ko de sakte hai. Jab aapka bill Excel me ban kar taiyar ho jayega to kuch is tarah ka dikhega aap is image me dekh sakte hai.
